What are you good at? Good Job

To get and keep a job you need to know what you are good at. Most people are able to list the things they are not good at. It is much more difficult to come up with a list of good things to say about ourselves.

Start by thinking about the positive things that others have said.  For example:

      • What do your friends and family say about you?

      • What have your teachers and lecturers said in your reports?

      • When you did something well at work what words did your employer use?

    • Scorm

Try out this activity, remember to save your results. You may want to try this exercise again later to see if you have improved. It will also come in handy for completing your Job Application Form.

    • Try matching these employability words to the correct definition.
